Horrible customer service. One of the worst I have ever had. There was an issue with billing, not only can they not tell us who ordered the plans, or what they were for but refuse to do business with us over 82.00. We would have been more than happy to pay if they had told us anything more than we just ow them money. To bad to lose a client over poor customer service and communication.

I stopped in to the store with a .jpg that I wanted printed at 17\ x 22\. They said \.jpgs are a hit or miss\, and that they required a .pdf. I E-mailed them my 1920 x 1080 resolution .jpg from my phone, which they said only showed up on their software at 1\ x 2\. They said they could blow it up, but it would be pixilated. When I told them that it was a hi-res pic, they said that their software doesn't go by resolution. (?) Since they didn't know how to convert a .jpg to a .pdf (something that anybody in this business should know how to do), I had to go home & do it myself. I used the full-res original pic (4000 x 2500) to create the .pdf. I E-mailed it to them and was told that what they saw on their end was 4\ x 3\. What? I double checked what I had sent them & it was HUGE. They said they could blow it up, but it might not look good. I said do it, and asked that they use 40 - 50 lb. paper. When I got there: the print was on 20 lb. paper (the heaviest that they claimed to have (again, WHAT?)), not printed to the borders (close though) & looked OK. This experience with them ended up wasting an hour of my day. There was friction during each conversation, in-part I'm sure, due to my frustration with their capabilities. After coming home to do the conversion, I read the reviews on this company. Some complained of their politeness & professionalism. One said they went to Staples & got better service at a cheaper price. So, as a backup plan, I brought my file in both formats to Staples, after seeing in-person what BM&B gave me. Staples did the job: while I waited, on heavy stock paper, to the edges, 2 prints, for LESS than what BM&B charged me for one feeble print. Needless to say, I will be going to Staples from now on for my printing needs. I try to support local businesses when I can, but I won't do it if they can't come close to competing with non-local businesses. (No, I don't have any connection to Staples).

Just had some large stuff laminated and there was a small imperfection on it so they hooked me up and fixed it at no charge. Great customer service. :)
