Hi, my name is Kevin, I would like to pay thanks to the driver who was waiting for me for more than 5 minutes outside of my house and dispatcher who was very kind while he informed me about cab is waiting outside. Earlier I called for the cab and they were quicker then i expected. Thumbs up for you guys are you are doing good work. Well done.

Called for ride the night before on two separate days the first day they were late and today they no showed and then I tried to call back and no answer so I called Coiled Cabs and they wer there right away so don’t use this company call coiled cabs for a reliable quick pick up!
Do not use this company I called and set a scheduled time for them to pick me up and they never showed up and didn’t answer when I tried calling multiple times they aren’t reliable and I missed my flight! Terrible company
So cab was on time, and Rob the driver was very nice. However, it's said on the website 35 flat rate Bend to rdm airport. With no conditions of time and area in Bend. So why did he charge me 40 dollars? Didn't want to argue he was a nice guy but why are you guys advertising for 35 flat rate?
