They gym here is great!! With a membership you get to use the gym anytime and it also includes tanning a spa and workout classes..I love that people from all walks of life come here and work out I have never felt intimidated working out or shy to work out here because everyone with every shape and size goes here!!!

THIS PLACE TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS REMOVED MOST OF THE EQUIPMENT TWO MONTHS AGO AND STILL BILLED FOR MEMBERSHIP. THEY ARE CLOSED. #FRAUD
Was in the Southgate Plaza shopping and noticed that this place is deserted. Don't know how long it's been that way.

Fantastic Gym! Very knowledgeable staff. In the rare occasion something breaks down they fix it right away.

Ok place the equipment is worn but still works. They do offer several classes through out the week. It is a smaller location and can be crowded at tomes
