Update: Very impressed with Benecor support. We bought their DEF 750 gallon unit for our fuel island at our truck yard. That was 2018 and the unit had some issues especially with the hose reel and we had been having some support issues. A couple years later while having another hose reel issue I vented my frustration by jumping on Google and left a negative review. I was immediately contacted by Benecor and they found ways to resolve all of the Benecor unit issues. I am thrilled about this. Now we have a DEF unit that works great, keeps our DEF from freezing, pumps reliably, syncs well with FuelMaster, and no longer has hose reel issues and my drivers are happy which makes me happy. I am so happy that Benecor has made some changes and is so responsive to deliver on their product to make sure we were taken care of.
