I had an overall terrible experience with Bening Mazda. One example: my SUV tire pressure in a front tire (the day after I bought it) was slowly leaking. I stopped by twice to have it looked at. I had a nail in the side of my tire, concealed and rigged with a cap over the nail. That should have been caught the first time I brought it by. I had driven to Chicago and back twice with a nail in my front tire. There are too many minor things to post them all. Very frustrating and time consuming mistakes. They fixed some of their screw ups, but that doesn’t excuse the poor customer service... especially when it comes to safety. It was stupid of me to go by myself. I made some ignorant mistakes. I’m being nice by not publicly posting all of the things.

Our first car from them we worked with Ricky. We had never bought from a dealership and were clueless. He walked us through it and made it super easy. When we outgrew that car we returned to trade it in and worked with Dru. We’d originally just went in that day to ask questions and before I knew it we were driving off in the new car! Dru made it so quick and easy. We were surprised even with a bankruptcy against us they worked magic and got us in a much nicer car than I thought and a payment that was waaaay better than I imagined. Their service department is also amazing. I get my oil changed there and love that they let you borrow a car if need be while they work on yours. When it’s time to upgrade my husbands truck we know where we’ll be going!
