Things have been great. My neighbors are very nice and quiet. Plenty of room and every comfort of home! With all the snow coming I was a little worried about the plowing. These gentlemen are on the ball. getting it all plowed before I even go to work in the morning. Came everyday for that foot of snow we got to ensure it was all set. Thank you! No problems, everything is running smoothly. Thanks again.

I’ve not rented from them, but I was going to and it’s truly disturbing when I was led on thinking I was about to move from my unfortunate circumstances into a great area, however, I guess my previous discriminatory landlord from 2 years ago convinced them not to move forward with me and I found that to be unreasonable. Such a shame that Bennington is such a beautiful place with the ugliest of people. Thank you anyway.
Terrible company to rent from. They do not follow through with the lease. When you live in apartments you have neighbors and share common areas. If your neighbor is not respectful they are loud harrass you and break every part of the lease shires does not take care of the issue. The mission of that shires claims having a great place to live, and safe and enjoyable in my experience is false. When you move out you will not receive your security deposit back within 14 days. I didn't. I had to be persistant and keep bothering them. They ignore you wheb you have concerns and if you send an email you will not receive a response. They are not affordable or subsidized my income once was 300 a month because i lost my job and shires kept my rent at 768 the monent I got income they raised my rent to 927. Your rent gets raised everytime you get a raise of income and even if you dont they raise it every year. Do not rent from them. There are plenty of other apartments. That are more private and cheaper. This company in my opionon is a scam. They do not care about you they care about how much money they can get from you.
