Our company did business with a competitor for years and they started to gradually slip with their service. A supplier of ours suggested Waste Management. From the start they were very professional and delivered on every promise. Rachel has been very easy to work with and made sure all of our issues were taken care of. They have also saved us money- which was not the main reason for switching. I wish we had contacted them years earlier

The worst place to navigate for a non-commercial vehicle. Vague instructions on where to dump 3 black trash bags (something regarding a wall?), following signs to the back where a large line of dump trucks were waiting, got told this was the wrong place by a guy operating heavily machinery, and because of the machinery i couldn't tell what he was saying, and gave up and went back to the weighing station to drop off my number card with the bags still in my truck. Then I get charged 17 for essentially entering and getting lost in this place. Don't bother going.
We utilize Waste Management for many commercial properties. Our account manager Scott Crook is awesome. He is always quick to respond and act on any issues and tries to be fair to our properties and find us good value and excellent customer service. He is one of the main reasons we stayed with Waste Management. Amazing customer service, you cant beat that!
