I have a very good feeling about dealing with Tony D. and his team there at ACE Truck Salvage,. Having a rear repaired and I will update 1 week after job is done.... Update: Rear was done for less than half of new and was done the following day... Awesome.... Tony D. lives not too far from me and even offered to meet here in jersey so i didn't have to take two cars up to get it.
I needed a specific yoke for a transmission swap on a big rig. I talked to them on the phone. They are a 2 hour drive from our shop. They assured me they had what I needed. I took the trip, These guys dont disappoint. I even picked up an extra part I couldn't find local either. Thanks!
The guys at Ace auto and truck parts are great. I had a transmission problem with my kenworth. And I talked to Tony Jr. He went out and checked it out an diagnosed the problem. Said he can have it fixed the same day..I got the tractor back in the afternoon and my tractor shifts like butter and stays in gear. Good price and good service. I highly recommend these guys.
I live at the jersey shore and was heading to a bigger named place to pickup a rear and 2 axles for my truck in western Nj. When I got there the yolk was on and they told me I needed to have it off and did not have tools to get off for me. I left and found a truck repair shop in that area who then said drive to Pennsylvania and try my guy Tony he will take a look at yours and tell you exactly what you need. I then proceeded to ace auto and to be honest was skeptical at first because of the parts laying outside but was meet by Tony and crew and he knew without looking at numbers what axles I needed. He took my rear inside, they opened it up and rebuilt it right then and there for half the price. I waited over 1 month to write this just to make sure it held up and it doesn't even make a noise. I absolutely will call him again if I need a transmission, rear, or axles. They know there stuff!
