Best service center in the area but I think very poorly of Philly cycles service dept. I've been here several times and don't have anything negative to say. Maybe a little pricey, but I still come here when I need service on my bikes.

Sent a email to there sells team 1 week later no response. Sent a Facebook message No response. I talked there sells team to ask the question I first emailed them about. The out the door price on 1 of there bikes. The worker picked up the phone and disconnected on for some reason. So yeah these your normal friendly Pennsylvania bike shop. Don't get there attitudes and disconnecting the phone on me for no reason and why they couldn't even get back to my emails when I gave them a little bit over two full weeks. Please note: 6 days later they responded to me by there Gmail comment and after I called them do to some things aren't true. But I Called them ask to speak to the sales manager I was told a nicely no \how can I help you\. An then told him what was going on as he talked to his co-worker in the background. An I said how I called and 1 of there workers discounted the phone on me and he told me that they disconnected the phone because they couldn't hear me and because they weren't on working hours. An then he got mad and he said why would you even bother to call back if they just disconnected the phone on you and left use a voicemail. So I said oh oh so you did see my voicemail and for no reason whatsoever you decided not to contact me back about it? Then he didn't want to answer the question and these said \so why are you calling then that's to interrogate me?\. So yeah he got very defensive because I said that because I guess I was right and then I said while I was just calling to ask if you have that bike still in stock and he quickly said no it was so rude and I said I don't know why that was so fxxxing hard. An he told me to go fxxx myself an called me a little bitxx and disconnected the phone on me again. So like what I said before this another stuck-up PA bike shop. I'm also going to link a screenshot of the message I DID sent that they NEVER got back to me on so you know there lie.
