You get what you paid. This is one of the best quality billiard tables on the market, not to mention the contemporary design that makes them shine in every presence. There're metal bars in the wood frame that make the structure very much resistant to warping. Mine came with a ball return system, and I definitely recommend it for serious players. I can't stop playing on it after it's been set up. Have I mentioned their customer service yet? It's 5-star too!
First, the customer service is amazing and the best ever! We are in love with our table! Wife and I love hosting holidays and neighborhood gatherings, and the table works great for those dinners and entertainment afterwards. We get so many wonderful compliments on it, and many don’t believe it’s a pool table until we take the top off. Customizing the table that we wanted was fun- the table style, to the wood, the stain color, felt color, and other options like lights, hydraulic lifting legs, wood or glass top. Customer service was there the whole time helping us out.
We received our table last week and are so pleased; it is beautiful as a pool table and also as a dining table! Customer service was top notch! Vidmas walked us through each and every step of the way and when we had a little trouble with the delivery/install process, he was quick to make things right! Here's to many years of enjoyment!
