I can't express enough how wonderful Brittany (nurse) and Carrie (NP) are. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My 15 year old daughter and I drove from Fayetteville to have a rapid test done and Carrie called me to discuss personally our results. That just doesn't happen very often. Especially with chain clinics. I had my daughter scheduled for a test at 5:50 pm and I had one scheduled for myself15 minutes away at another CVS Minuteclinic and sweet Brittany stayed later to do my test so that I didn't have to drive an additional 15 minutes. In the event we have to take another COVID test, we will make the one hour drive. Thank you ladies!

Worst experience, nurse practitioner told me after waiting 20 minutes that it would be another hour because she had people to call and a lunch break to get to. I am highly disappointed with my experience at this minute clinic. After she realized I was willing to wait, she basically told me she wouldn’t treat me and I left. Go somewhere else.

Set up a 12:10 appointment, went back at 1:00. Went for a personal issue regarding my privates. Said since I don’t have health insurance I need to pay that day, I said fine do what you need to do I read the price list. After questioning my ability to pay a few more times we went ahead with the visit. Dr spent a good bit of time googling on her phone and texting other drs before looking at the issue. When she did she called in a young pharmacy tech for legal reason and that’s fine, but I do expect another dr or a nurse. No privacy at all. After all of that she said there are many things it could be and recommended a full std panel, when I asked if there was anything that made her to believe it to be an STD she said it’s just possible. I asked what else may be the cause and she said a whole lot of things. I asked her well.... like what? She opened the door to the office and stood in the lobby and we finished the conversation in public. I’m not shy or mined talking about my issues but that was a whole other level. I’m 29 years old and have never ever felt that uncomfortable. I know people have bad days and we can’t always be our best all the time. That was a horrific experience from start to finish! I know my name is attached to this review and who knows it may be an STD. My experience was bad enough I’m still sharing.

Called prior to visiting and was told a price without insurance. Drove to this location 45min and checked in and then sat down about 15 min later that they can’t see men for that field. This was after I was told that they could and that it was 45 dollars more then told and after all they can’t even do that test. Poor poor service.

I called and was told to be there before 7:15 pm. I showed up at 7:04 and was told by the nurse that she \was done and had already turned off the kiosk.\ I explained that I had called and just needed a strep test but she could have cared less! I drove 35 min. one way to not even be seen! Don't waste your time here!
