I bought a McLaren 675LT from here. I’m on the west coast so I did the transaction through pictures and the description from the sales manager. Car only had 1,300 miles on it. Manager promised me a part that was missing on the front of the car. There were other items on the car that I needed to fix when I received the car that wasn’t described to me. First time this has happened to me in over 20 high end purchases. Managers usually know that they can count on multiple sales if the future if the customer is treated right. Night and day story before and after the sale. Quick prompt responses before the sale and after the sale it was me constantly bombarding him with texts and calls for the missing part. To this day I still don’t have the part that was promised. Name of the manager I dealt with was George Chiarelli.

This dealership has a big inventoryI bought a lot of cars in the past 4 years, over 7 cars only from Bentley Gold Coast! My sales person is Rich Yang, he is the best! All the time make me good deals, take care of me. Jo ( the owner) is also a very good person and take care of the customers!
