I had a shop built 6 years ago. Completely satisfied with the finished product. Attempted to contact one week ago for another build additional carport. Have not not gotten response or return call just yet. They must be busy or have plenty of work. Patiently waiting

I work for Clayton Homes of Bryant, we hired Ark-La-Tex to build our shop a few months back. Since they have finished we have had NOTHING but problems out to the roll up door on our shop. I have called and spoke to RICK on more than one occasion and he tells me he will send someone up here to take a look at it (this has been going on three months and no one has shown up) we paid a lot of money to them for this shop and they are not fixing the issues they caused by installing the door crooked. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM NOR WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN! It's a shame you pay some one well over 15,000.00 for them to just get their check and not care about it anymore.

The owner did not inform me that the size I requested was totally inadequate to protect my RV. On the positive side the two installers, Troy and Brad were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and hard workers.
