I was really impressed with McCarty Nissan of Benton. Went in to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. First of all the service department was really friendly and professional ( Darrin Bright). During the service they brought to my attention damage that my vehicle had underneath. I remembered that several months ago during a rain storm I had struck what appeared to be a plastic bag in the middle of the freeway. But when I checked the vehicle the next day I did not see the damage. Therefore I really appreciate the thoroughness of the service department. They have definitely earned a customer and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.
We were very happy with our first experience buying a Nissan from McLarty of Benton. Our Salesman was Dane & he made the process a lot more enjoyable than we have had in the past. He & his son are very personable & we felt like we got a very good deal. We are really enjoying our Titan!
