I had the most pleasant experience at this office when I visited them to have a correction done to my title. Place was clean, social distancing and face mask compliant, appropriately staffed for the number of visitors including myself. It took 5 minutes of waiting before my number was called. I was fortunate enough to be attended to by a sweet and exceptionally helpful lady named Sandra. My need was fairly complicated, and it wasn't something that Sandra had ever before dealt with. It required the involvement of her supervisor, as well as several calls between her and Little Rock office and title examiners. Sandra took ownership from beginning to the end, spent over 45 minutes with me and on the phone calls she needed to make in order to help with getting my issue resolved to my satisfaction, and I wasn't charged even a dime. She was thorough, considerate, did not pass the buck, and treated me with respect and absolute empathy. I consider her an example of how dmv anywhere should treat public. I sincerely hope her supervisor(s) get to read this review and she gets recognition for her exemplary customer service. Thank you so much Sandra!

Staff is friendly and accomodating. I was there on Wednesday 4:15 and got all of my assessment, registration and license id done under 30 min. I suggest visiting either after 4 PM or early when they open at 8 AM. One new thing here is that card payments are charged extra 2.

When I showed up the queue was rather short and the workers were moving quickly to get through it. Compared to other states I have lived in, the process seemed quite disorganized, but at least the other services required were available in house and also quite fast. The individuals who helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable and I would be happy to visit this location again.

I have been coming to the Bentonville DMV for over thirty years and in the past yes it was a nightmare. But I tell you I have been there 4 times in the last year and a half and it has been a pleasurable experience each time. The staff is all very nice and friendly and helpful . I was even missing some paperwork and they didn’t make me feel like an idiot like in the past. I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Give them a try and don’t you go in dreading like the past. Go in with a positive attitude because remember you attract more with honey than you do with vinegar.

It’s 8:32am on a Thursday, and there are only 3 clerks working with a full room of people. They are on number #47 and we are #97. When we got here 30 minutes ago, they were on #41....this is the DMV side. On the other hand, the assessors side has 6 clerks and is getting the people through very smoothly. Just saying...
