I just want to say this was the best car buying experience We have ever had in our life. My husband and I have bought two car prior to this one and we didn't have the best experience. But Daniel, Rosie and Micheal made this experience amazing and there were kind and caring and best of all there got me into a MINIVAN WHAT! All my life I said I would never drive one but don't say never until you drive one. They were so willing to work with us and they did everything under the sun to get us the help that we needed and we are just so grateful and blessed to have had there help Thank you guys again and we will be back when we need another car \u003c3 Love the Ahner Family

By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dealership around here. Frasier treated us with the utmost respect. As a mom of three I was in desperate need of a vehicle and fast. After a long tedious morning and afternoon dealing with a certain dealership (whose name I won’t mention), we stopped at Crain Kia for our last stop before heading home and giving up for the day. So glad we did too. I got something I was looking for and left that day with our new vehicle. Customer service was great! We will definitely be recommending Crain Kia to friends and family whenever they are in need of a vehicle as they worked hard to help us out. We are so happy with the vehicle we ended up getting at the end of the day and definitely appreciate the respectful customer service we received.

Crain Kia of Bentonville is literally the BEST dealership in NWA that I've had the pleasure of working with. Regardless of what your situation is, they work their magic for you no matter what or how long it takes. They go over and beyond to make you comfortable and to ease the nervousness that comes with a new car purchase. Rosie (sales), Michael (finance manager) and Daniel are excellent at their jobs. They have some of the greatest customer service I've ever experienced. I will definitely encourage anyone looking for a wonderful car buying experience, to go see them at Crain Kia.
