Now this apartment become old, so many maintenance repairs. Some of the buildings full of Roaches. Does not matter how many years you are in the apartment you have to pay your window blinds. Carpet they never clean ( that is their policy). They never clean ICE in the apartment complex. I am almost more than 4 years in this complex.

Good place to live from top to bottom. Neighbors seem to be quiet and everyone keeps to themselves but are friendly. Management is top notch and they will take care of any possible issues quickly. Good part of Bentonville to live as it is close to everything and the traffic isn't too bad.

Absolutely great community for family and individuals. Very friendly community environment. I love really the summers in this community. Great and helpful staff in leasing. Brad is an excellent and go to person so is the management. Near to Airport, Walmart Neighborhood, super center, highly rated BV public schools.

Nice apartments a short drive from Bentonville. Most apartment buildings are 3 stories tall. Two bedrooms & 2 bath apartments are very spacious. You can have a garage for more money. One bedroom apartments are above the garages I believe. Office staff are nice. (Not sure if they still do this, but you could check out a small selection movies for free and that was great). Pool is very nice. Pet deposits & fees are tons though. Could have more parking as sometimes you can’t find a parking spot.

People and mgrs are very friendly here and if you have an issue they are quick to resolve it.
