I would highly recommend anyone considering a Ford product, see this group. They were incredible! Not pushy, took the time to cover the features and benefits but in such a way that explained everything without talking down. Sat there for 4 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Told the gentleman when I checked in I would be staying and waiting. Also marked I would be staying and waiting when I scheduled the appointment. Was there so long my phone died. The \customer service\ at the front desk called my dead cell phone and left a message. Not once did anyone try to come out and tell me I was ready. Would've turned my 4 hour wait into 3.5.
