Got a few awesome supplement samples and a very purified water bottle (13 step filtering). I think the supplement actually cured my anxiety for the rest of the day. Usually I get at least a few anxiety attacks in one day but after I took the three capsules at around lunch time I didn’t get anxious for the rest of the day and before I took them I had already experienced a couple of anxiety episodes. I’ll update to see if it works again. (Natures plus Ageloss women’s multi. It’s both a multivitamin and a herbal supplement). The family that owns this business is super nice and very helpful. I plan on buying the supplement I got samples of and other supplements because their selection is superb.

I went into this location after visiting another local shop that didn't have what I needed. This shop is smaller but they usually have the more unique health supplements that I'm looking for. On my recent visit I was looking for DMSO. The wonderful lady that was working that day was so helpful. I had never used the product so she gave me her own personal experience and was happy to share her knowledge. Her willingness to help me gave the confidence to use the product correctly and efficiently. Even if you are not sure what exactly you may need, just ask. The staff is so helpful and kind. Other things about this location: Entering and exiting can be a bit tricky at peek traffic times. I would suggest using the light to exit. The parking lot is pretty easy to maneuver and finding a spot is easy. They do have handicap parking and entrances. Shipman's is on the first level of the shopping center. They are usually not super busy so it is easy to make a quick trip in for what you need. As a person who values healthy living and seeks out a holistic approach to most ailments I really find a tremendous amount of value in this shop. I love it!
