Excellent service and help from Klaus and the other staff. They got my grandparents wall clock working for me again. I hadn't heard it chime in at least 10 years. Getting it working again meant a lot to me and my family.

We bought a grandfather clock from them around 20 years ago and just love it. Whenever it needs service we call them. They are always on time, courteous, and fix everything correctly the first time.

Went in with a friend to drop off a clock for repair, so many cool clocks to look at!!! Ended up getting a cute robot clock made out of old bike chain parts, from germany. They have a clock for all budgets. Staff was very friendly. Parking downtown right in front of the building, open saturdays untill 4pm. The gentleman behind the counter gave me 10% off my new clock. Thank you!!!
