I have bought 2 stihl trimmers from them the first a fs240r for heavy farm use. Yesterday my old echo 265t died. I needed a new lighter trimmer. Decided to buy a kombi unit a km131r so far both tools were properly setup, and tested. I was able to get what I needed in hurry with friendly staff. I will definitely consider more business in the future with them.

We have purchased most of our commercial equipment from them and the customer service is second to none, they have gone above and beyond for us many times. Just a few days ago in the middle of a job the clutch and bearing on our big echo chainsaw broke, we took it to them, they didn’t have the parts on hand so they took them off of a new chainsaw they had in stock just to get us running again. One of the many reasons we’ll never go anywhere else.

I Google searched small engine repair for an issue with a Kohler engine. Berend is not a small engine repair shop. They only work on what they sell so be aware.
