Great Place!!! Highly recommend. I went in there with a problem on my MacBook Pro computer and they seemed to be really honest about what they could do for me and what they could not do for me. They recommended I go to another place, where they could help me better. Everyone seems super nice too.

Amazing job guys!!!!!! I brought in an old laptop that was in need of some serious overhauling. The case was cracked, screen hinges didn't work, the power jack was busted. They replaced all of these and did what I would call a restoration on the computer and they upgraded the memory. They hit my budget by half. The computer works better than I remember. I know where to go for computer repair!!!! Thanks for the great job!

Did something really dumb and needed a repair fast. Called at 3: 30 pm Thursday Dec 22 and brought the computer in at 4:00. They called the next day at 9:30 am They had cleared my computer of all the nasty worms and viruses. Real people,patient, reasonable, pleasant, and helpful. So great to work with competent, honest human beings. Love that they are local. Highly recommend this company to you.

Gary and his staff are attentive, friendly, fair and patient. LMI sets the bar pretty high when it comes to local Internet providers and they provide an amazing service to the East Bay.
