I spent the last 4 years settling the estate for my late father. At the very last stage it was determined that there was an oil tank that had to be removed. I initially engaged a company (to remain nameless) who promised for over a month that they would file the permits and remove the tank prior to a scheduled closing, never explaining how complex and expensive the process could get. Just one month from the planned closing I decided to terminate my contract with said company after Anco was highly recommended to me by my realtor. From my first contact with them they have been professional, extremely responsible and very reasonably priced. In less than a month they removed the tank, submitted the necessary paperwork and got everything processed with the date so quickly that I am able to close on time. Over the last year in closing my fathers estate I’ve come in contact with so many companies for different reasons and by far ANCO ENVIRONMENTAL has been the best. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again or referring them to any.. Choose Anco YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!
