I took my dog, Lucy, there for diarrhea and dehydration. I thought that the care and service was exceptional. Lucy spent 3 nights there. I got a call from the vet on call each shift. The staff was easy to contact, cordial and very helpful. As a physician, I can understand and appreciate the thorough workup they did. I was also informed of the cost in advance, and the vets gave me options on when to do procedures like ultrasound (I could wait and see how she did before spending a lot of money on tests). I will use PETS Referral Center again if Lucy requires emergency care again.

They were very helpful and concerned about my Bella’s condition, they acted quickly on her care, the doctors were very good about Keeping me updated on her condition, only negative I have is that they lost her harness that she had on when they took her in, but all in all very appreciate their help
I thought one of my kitten’s health issued had resurfaced and brought her here. The wait was a little long because of higher demand during covid but the doctor was so thorough with the examination and patient with me in terms of answering any questions I had. I would have really appreciated this visit under any circumstances but I especially appreciate how attentive and helpful the doctor and staff were despite being slammed. If I have an urgent issue with my kitten again, I know she’ll be in good hands here.
I had to take my baby kitty for an emergency appointment and they were able to treat him right away. They were very communicative and transparent through the whole process and the doctor was very sweet. I highly recommend taking your pet here as they will provide to the upmost care.
My husband and I are incredibly impressed by the two vets, Drs. Lee and Hinds(sp?) with whom we spoke over the course of a few days as well as their wonderful staff! It is truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had—if one could say that about a pet emergency! They clearly cared deeply about our Yorkie, Jackson Pollock, and worked with us to give him excellent treatment. We cannot praise or recommend them enough!!! Thank you!!!!
