My friends and I were staying in Berkeley Springs and just happened to pop by this place wandering around town, and I think we were there for an hour just looking around at all the intricate products that had come from Nepal. The owner was very kind and shared stories of his past being a tour guide, and was happy to answer any questions we had about the meaning behind the symbols and items there. If I lived closer to it I would be happy to go to that store everyday.

Bought a jacket from here last week. The jacket is high quality (at a great price) and the costumer service was great. The jacket had a defected zipper and broke within a week (just a fluke I imagine). Went back to the store, and the owner was very helpful, friendly, and understanding. He gave me money back toward the jacket without hesitation. The true quality of costumer service is when a costumer has an issue. The way he handled the situation was of upmost costumer service quality. Would definitely recommend this store.
