Took over a month to receive the order after inquiring multiple times for an update. Eventually, I requested to have the order cancelled and refunded. Cris informed me this would occur and the following day, I received a tracking number. There was no movement on tracking for 3 days, which indicates the label was printed but the order still wasn't ready to be shipped. When the order finally arrived, only 2 of the 3 items I paid for were delivered. I opened a case with PayPal and it has been nothing short of a headache. I even followed up after the fact to inform CapSwag that I did not receive the full order, still no response. I am fully aware COVID has caused delays and issues, but the lack of communication doesn't excuse that. Though the 2 hats I received are nice quality, they were delivered well beyond the time we needed them and we would only lose more money if we ship them back because of the restock fee. Sorry, I just can't recommend this store. Also, I need to mention, these were BLANK hats. No customization requested at all.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with the staff at Cap Swag. I was having a large patch made for my nephews jacket with his band name, I gave them the picture and they replicated it beautifully! The artwork and craftsmanship they put into it was just beautiful. I couldn’t be happier and cannot wait to see my nephew’s face when he sees it on Christmas! Thank you all for putting this together and at such a reasonable price. I’d recommended you to anyone.

Excellent store I highly recommend them. I walked in with a few questions they gladly answered. I was not only able to get my questions answered but my product completed as well. I have used a few places but no-one else has been as professional and responsive. I will definitely use again.
