How do I start.... When I contacted Euro-American Connections they helped me right away with getting someone to our house to take care of my mom. Renata was amazing! She was compassionate and caring, but most importantly she treated my mom with respect and dignity. She was there when we couldn't be, and adjusted the care accordingly as my mom declined. Our other aid, Julia, was also fantastic. She would come on Sunday's and showed the same compassion along with respect and dignity for my mom. Without these women, we would have been lost. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your amazing care for my mom. I will never forget what wonderful women you are.

This agency is amazing! I am a homecare occupational therapist and have had interactions with hundreds of caregiving agencies, over my 25 year career, and and they have proven to be the Best! We needed ever changing levels of care for my own mother and Ivonna Kaziul (client manager) was very responsive and accommodating! Each caregiver was better than the next. All of the girls were caring, compassionate, hardworking and patient. i couldn’t be happier with euro American home health care Julia is a God send that I don’t know what I would do without her. It’s been such a trying time with me having to move across the country and COVID-19. All the legalities of moms situation and managing the medical and financial aspects- But Julia is on the front lines, working everyday for moms best interest, health, well being and helping her regain strength through diet and exercise. Such a huge adjustment for all of us. Julia and I touch base daily and she connects mom with me through text, photos and phone calls, Julia has had to go through all the outdated foods and she has cleaned and organized everything. I know I will have to adjust hours at some point To straight hours but for now mom needs the split shift. When the rehab gave me one day to find help- I was in a panic but through euro- American fast response - there was no problem! I’ve been trying to get help come in for mom for two years and she would have none of it. Now she likes having Julia there and her life has improved in quality !!! Thank you from bottom of my heart.
