Great service. Showed up on time with notice well in advance. Piano arrived in great condition despite foul weather, and already tuned with a little demonstration of skill by Kurt. Worked within our budget. Would recommend to any and all.
What a story I have to tell, I will make it short but it is worth the read...I have a piano disc unit that was in need of an update. Apparently I missed the memo from the main company of Piano disc about this update which was quite sometime ago, leaving me in quite the pickle..I won’t bore you with all the details of a two month journey to find a technician to help me but I will tell you that my savior was KIRT. He was not only able to update my system and fix my piano CD but I now have the ability to play all discs that I have and can order any new ones I may want without spending lots of on an new system. Users’ beware....there a lot of folks out there who will tell you differently...Thanks Kirt, for being who you are, a great person dedicated to your craft, honorable and trustworthy and a very knowledgeable and creative piano guru...It was a miracle I found you and I’m glad it worked out . For any of your piano needs...he’s your guy folks, trust me!!
Kurt and his team provided excellent service when we purchased a used baby grand from a private seller. He picked up the piano and took it to his shop to inspect, repair and tune before delivering it to our house. The piano looked and sounded great after he set it up. Plus, the price for what he did was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
