I LEFT A DEPOSIT OF 500.00 FOR MY INTEREST IN THE PURCHASE OF A USED 2017 JAGUAR, SUGGESTED BY JABARI GOODMAN, FINANCE MANAGER ON 3/30/21 FOR A 48 HOUR HOLD. I CAME IN TO PURCHASE CAR ON 4/1/21 AND SHE SAYS CAR WAS SOLD ON 3/31/21. EXPLAINED, S/B FOR 2 DAYS SOLD IN ONE DAY. SHE SAID 1 DAY IS 48 HOURS? SHE REFUSED TO GET A MANAGER FOR ME TO COMPLAIN TO. VERY POOR WORK ETHICS. THANK GOD THAT WE DID NOT DO BUSINESS TOGETHER. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FREQUENTING THIS BUSINESS! ALSO PLEASE TELL ERICA TO STOP TEXTING ME ABOUT OTHER CARS, ITS BOTHERSOME AND ANNOYING.TEXT SOMEONE WHO DOESNT KNOW BETTER! I was told my car was burning oil and I probably needed to replace the engine, I came here for them to look at my car to find out she's just fine not burning any oil engine is fine !!! So Relieved .. Thank you Berman
