Highly Recommended! Moved from Corvallis, Oregon to Tampa, Florida. These guys are highly professional. They handled, packed and moved my stuff with due care and unloaded them at my new home to my liking. I really wish they had tracking number to track my packages, but they made that up by sending updates on the status and location of packages via calls.

Amazing service! Very professional office staff and movers. Worked with me remotely on scheduling changes and many other details. Pickup and delivery were on time as promised. Would definitely use Bertsch again.
What I like about this moving company is that they will send an estimator to come to your home and do an estimate on your move (which I prefer and appreciate), counting every item and giving you a clear description about their policy (how they operate) and their fees (how they charge). What Kam (the Estimator) coded me was exactly what I paid. No surprises or hidden charges. Anna the Dispatcher from the office was just so helpful and thorough to communicate with us via phone calls and emails in order to make sure that our move would go smoothly. Will and JT the Movers arrived on time, carried out their assignment professionally and completed their job in a timely manner. They took good care of the furniture during the move, and I could tell they're well trained. Overall, they are a great team that has made the move a very pleasant experience. This company did a great job from Anna who took my initial call and set up my consultation to Kam who gave me the quotes to Mark and J.T., the guys that did the actual moving. Everyone was professional, nice, and really good at what they do. I'm so happy that I used them. It made the whole move much less stressful.
Pete was gentleman at every moment and responsable to all our needs at both ends of the move. We highly recommend hIm for your moving needs.
