So I purchased a 35 gift card and when I got home the gift card was not inside the cardholder. Ask to see if the cameras would have seen me drop the card at the exit. The manager states that there are no cameras... and he can’t do nothing once I left the store. But I have a feeling it dropped inside the store do to it not being put into my bag and properly secured into the cardholder. If the manager would like to make this right feel free. One would think with the receipt in my hand, they could have cancelled that gift card and issued a new one. Never felt such a lack of service or compassion. Just a “there is nothing I can do” more like “I am going to do nothing.”
