Bess us a very warm and welcoming person, as is her staff. She is always helpful and willing to answer any questions. I have been a customer for at least 10 years and have no plans on moving to another agent or company.

Please stop trying to get me to switch over to State Farm. I get the letters through the mail almost every couple week that try to get me to switch to State Farm(this has been going on for almost a year). If I have not switched by now that means I have a GREAT insurance company. USAA has been there for me since 2010 and will be there for me for more years to come. Please stop sending me the letters through the mail, all of the letters end up going into the recycling bin without me ever opening them. I hate leaving these kinds of reviews but I dont know how to get these to stop.
