Worst travel experience ever! Poorly organized or should I say, disorganized, bus tour to Niagara Falls (american side), no itinerary provided and their website is apparently not working anymore. We didn't get to see Indian reservation or the Corning Museum of Glass (and of course, it was our fault!). The tour guide was arrogant. Overall a very unpleasant trip. I will NEVER AGAIN use this company.

We had a very bad experience with Tatyana Dykshteyn, the president of Best American travel. We asked her to combine the two tours to Italy in advance. She gave us the descriptions of them and the dates and promised us that everything will be exactly the same. We took the vacation dates that match with the dates of these trips, bought the air tickets. We called every week to Tatyana asking her to send us the official papers for our tours, but she always told us that she is working on our trip to make everything perfect and never called me back. However, only 4 days before the trip after many calls to Tatyana asking her to give us the official documents for our trips, she told us that the second tour is going to be changed and she did not know about it. We were very disappointed of this situation. But we could not change anything since only 4 days left before our departure. Tatyana is a very rude person. She was talking to us impolite, screaming all the time. She increased the price for the tours one day before our departure manipulating with 4 stars hotel and additional transfers even though we stayed in 3 stars hotels and additional transfers were made because of changing the tour which was not our fault. The most important issue was that we went to the trip without any official document for the second tour and we had to connect every day to Tatyana in Brooklyn from Italy to get finally the official prove of our tour. Tatyana is unprofessional tour agent and we will never go back to her. We are not recommended this agency to anyone. THE WORST EXPERIECE EVER!!!
