Excellent, professional, and efficient. No damaged goods. Started and finished on time. I had an out-of-state move that I waited too long to schedule. Abdul with Best Bet Moving and Labor was happy to help. We were worried about the cost, but they gave extremely reasonable rates. The moving trip was a long day for them, but they arrived first thing in the morning, hit the road on time, and the teams were positive and professional throughout the entire process. Even with traffic delays, the team still finished on time. My moving experience could have been a royal pain, but Best Bet made it an easy experience. Thank you so much to the whole team, and especially Abdul and Drew, for the great move.

I am sorry to say my experience was not great. I had damages to my property. The owner Abdul drove to my new home to make good on his word that he would bring a check over to me for the damages his employees cost me. I was given the check on 7/28/20. Unfortunately the check bounced. After a promise from Abdul to mail me a money order, it never happened and I never heard back. I took a photo of check before I cashed it and kept all our texted communication for a trip to Small Claims court along with photos of damages. I still hope to receive my money order before our court hearing date, who wants to go to court, I don’t! I would like to be able to give the company a chance to make this right before the court hearing.

DEPENDABLE. HIGH INTEGRITY. This moving company came to our rescue at a moments notice. Another moving company started our move but left us with 1/3 of our stuff not moved with no option. Thankfully I called best bet moving and they helped me with a plan right away. Great service!

I am sorry to say my experience was not great. I’m a single Hispanic women with a son who just finished his 20 year commitment in the military who spent time in Afghanistan. Abdul knew why I was moving to be near my son who just retired from the Airforce. I had damages to my property. The owner Abdul drove to my new home to make good on his word that he would bring a check over to me for the damages his employees cost me. I was given the check on 7/28/20. Unfortunately the check bounced. After a promise from Abdul to mail me a money order, it never happened and I never heard back. I took a photo of check before I cashed it and kept all our texted communication. I felt discriminated against with an attempt from one of the employees Michael to collect more money from me to move rest of my furniture that I was told would all fit in their truck. Then with owner Abdul not paying me for damages I felt the disrespect not only for me but our country. Abdul drives a nice car and can afford to pay me what he owes me. This is just plain discrimination & disrespect against women and their sons who sacrificed years of service in the military for their country.
