What an outstanding experience, start to finish. Alex was so congenial, confident and enthusiastic regarding the quality and design of these honeycomb shades, I decided to go with his professional advice. He offered suggestions to select the best fabric tone and texture to achieve the look I wanted. WHAT A GOOD DECISION. In the past, I have purchased big box store and online DIY shades. The quality seemed ok, nothing more; you don’t know what you don’t know. The difference in the cellular shades I purchased from Best is dramatic. The attention to brilliant design details and quality of construction is evident, even to the nonprofessional. Alex shared some other internal construction details (which I have forgotten) that make these shades last many years. The first time you pull the shades, you can feel the strength in the construction and the balance that allows them to raise and lower smoothly and nearly silently. The shades are so discreet when up, they do not distract from your window nor view. The fabric is beautiful, hangs with no droop, and is perfectly adhered to the head/foot rails. The clever release design is both easy to use and durable, should you need to remove to paint walls, etc. If you want to enhance your space with perfectly fitting, long lasting shades—Best Blind & Shutter is the One.

Our shutters turned out amazing. We have a huge arch window in our master bedroom and these fit perfectly. Alex was great to work with and very knowledgeable. They did take longer than expected but some of the delay was covid related and then the huge snow storm. Very happy with the product!!

These are the shutters I have been looking for! The shutters I received from Best Blind and Shutter are better than most other brands. All the other shutters i found were a fiberboard wrapped in veneer. Best Blind and Shutter’s shutters are a solid core composite with a lifetime warranty against any color fading, chipping, cracking, or peeling. They look great, have the feel of real wood, but with a better warranty than the other guys. I couldn’t be happier.
