Avoid this location like the plague. Received a damaged product from online purchase. The product arrived late with no explanation. Would not offer any discounts for time wasted, would only refund or exchange. Had to go to the store during a pandemic to resolve when have high risk people at home. Staff has always been rude at this location. Took the return option and gave the purchase of 300 dollars to Walmart instead. Won't be coming back to this location or any Best Buy location in the future. \Google 2 dollar bill arrest best buy\ to see true customer service experience here. Rather have a root canal than to go back to this location again. You have been warned.

Incredibly fast curbside pickup service. I pulled into the parking lot and a team member was at my window within 10 seconds to help me check in and pick up my order. I spent less than 3 minutes in total from when I entered the parking lot. Extremely impressed, I will definitely be returning!

I traded in my Apple Watch and upgraded to a new one. The process took much longer than I expected. The salesperson/cashier that I was working with seemed like they knew what they were doing, but for 20 minutes they couldn't find my model of apple watch to trade it in. I was able to go through with the process on my phone, and they still couldn't locate my trade in. Another representative came over, and found everything in 2 minutes. Once that occured, it was a pretty easy process.

If I can give a Zero I would!!!. I purchased an item on line and received at curbside pickup and realized it was the wrong item. We took the item back the next day the item was not open or used. After looking at my receipt I see I was charged a restocking fee. I have been trying since Sept to get the money back. Customer service advised the money would be refunded numerous time and to date, 3 months later I still do not have the refund posted to my account. 185.00 for ordering the wrong item! I could not take the item back that evening as they were already closed due to Covid hours. Please be aware of the tactics that this store uses. We have been a long time customer of the store in the past buying several appliance packages a year due to our business however, I will not be going back. Its unfortunate that they feel the need to take advantage of a person for ordering the wrong item.

We spoke to Brad today and he was the best sales person that I have meet in years. Coming from me that is a huge compliment. He did a masterful job of up selling me and I had to laugh he was sooo smooth. If you want any photo stuff come in and ask for Brad he actually knows what he is taking about and very helpful.
