I LOVEBESTBUY especially this MEGA STORE... they have it all... never COVID-19 stocking issues... they will home delivery overnight practically anything to you if not in store stock availability is an issue... Very courteous folks in the big city and wonderful convenient location for shopping all year long for any type of electronic equipment that you need for your small midsize large or even enterprise business... And not to mention I absolutely love and my company loves their insurance program for items that you purchase if there's ever an issue just take it back and get what you need and get a refund or an exchange either or whatever need be... 10 stars

This Best buy has always been pretty good at customer service. I have had them go in the back and find stuff for me on several occasions. Once had a guy check something in from the truck so that I could purchase it. Wish I could remember there name for a shout out.

I have shopped this Best Buy for years and usually have great experiences at this store. However, my most recent experience has not been a good one. I purchased a camera accessory, nearly 600 purchase, which Best Buy did not have in stock on Dec. 17, so they shipped to our home. The first sign of trouble came on Dec. 19 when the product shipped and it was shipped via USPS. I do not understand why a company with the reputation that Best Buy enjoys would ship with USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. The package tracking status via Best Buy and USPS stated that the package would be delivered on Dec. 24, as late as 9p.m. It is now 1p.m. On Dec. 26 and the package has not arrived. The upsetting part is that neither Best Buy, nor USPS, have provided any further updates regarding the status of the order. Today, it has the same status as 48 hours ago when we look at the tracking status. A family member went to the Best Buy store to seek the Manager’s assistance. The Manager stated that the package is basically owned by USPS right now and he could not assist us with getting any information on the package. So, my family member requested to cancel the order/return the item so that we could go ahead and purchase it elsewhere. The Manager stated that the order cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned, until we have it in our possession. Since Best Buy washes their hands of any stake in assisting us with this order, we are on our own. I will never order for home delivery from Best Buy. If they do not have it at the store, I will shop elsewhere.
