Not crowded, employees are very helpful and friendly. Was able to set up an appointment for a tv calibration to within 3 days! I'm shocked we were able to get an appointment so soon. Thanks to Daniel from Geek Squad for helping my dad and I!

Bought 3K worth of kitchen appliances and was promised by best buy they would be delivered to my new home by Thursday. Meantime I am getting daily notifications that my order will arrive on time. On Thursday, the delivery date, I get a notification that my order will be late. I contact their support team and they say the best they can do is deliver my order until 20 days later and that it is their suppliers fault. They offered no discount, no additional options, no additional contact who may potentially be able to assist me. I strongly recommend purchasing from smaller local businesses with better customer service who can commit to their word. Trust me, it will be worth it, never shopping here again.

Might be better place to buy or shop if they were not so scared of their shadows, the more they push masks the less I will shop, they don't need our hard earn cash to pay their wages

Ok whoever executive though that pushing only store sales and not online delivery sales should be fired... Te entire reason to get in store sales is to get people in side the stores but you then make them go in to this long car line for curbside pickup? Why can't you deliver the items to our homes?
