He has come to our rescue several times (previously at our old house and now our new house) and has been easy to correspond with, professional, reasonable and prompt. Hardworking, honest guy. I damaged my garage door around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon backing out too quickly, before the door was fully up (oops). I posted a repair request and Samuel responded within 5 minutes, and arrived at 5:00pm to look at the door and see if he could at least get the door down to keep cold, critters and others out overnight. Samuel was very kind and professional, answered all of my questions and was able to get the garage door back on its tracks and closed very quickly witch alleviated a lot of anxiety on my part. We scheduled another appointment to come back out on Monday to replace the door. Replacement went well and overall the work done by Best Garage Door Services is something I recommend.
Thanks Lucas form Best Garage Door. They were fast in responding. I contacted them around 4 and Lucas was at my house by 5:30 PM. He did a great job replacing my garage door opener and explaining how everything worked. I highly recommend Best Garage Door if you need a new garage door or a repair.
We hired Best Garage Door Services about 2 years ago to replace our opener and garage door. Today, our garage door opener stopped working due to power fail in our neighborhood. Samuel from Best Garage Door Services was quick to help us troubleshoot the issue at no charge, this is a truly honest and reputable company and one that has earned our lifelong business.
Best garage door repair had our garage door repaired the same day we called and asked for appointment. Cables were rusty, so needed new ones. Terry was quick and gave us the best price. Easy 5 stars and more if I could.
I looked at garage door installers around Lockport area and contacted the first place based on good reviews. They have a website with some illustrations and prices. I contacted Best Garage Door next for an estimate and got a hold of Lucas the on the phone. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he said no problem and quoted me an excellent price so I told him to come on and do it right there and then and cancelled my other appt. My installers showed up and did an excellent job and I could not be more pleased with the new door I got from Best Garage Door and the more than reasonable price I got, and all in record time.
My garage door coil spring broke so my door was not operable anymore. It is my main access so needed it done quickly. Called Another but they couldn't schedule until next day but seemed ok. Best Garage Door Services responded fast and came to repair within the hour. Explained the coil spring repair and costs. Repaired quickly with good service. Seemed fair and reasonable. Would recommend giving Best Garage Door Services a call if you’re a home owner with busted garage door in Lockport.
They did a great job ! I've used Best Garag'e Doo'r Services in the past for repairs and parts but this was the first new installation. They continue to excel and exceed my expectations. They responded quickly, and were able to show up the same day and get the job completed in about 90 minutes. The area was cleaned after the work performed and he took some time to explain the new keypad, remotes and programming functions of the optional app in case I decided to download and use it. He really took his time and and did a great job. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.
