Falsely selling trips on Groupon. Wouldn’t answer phone and message said “due to high call volume”.... blah blah blah. Went on website and no help there so I drive to the address that is 45 from my home and their address is a Real-estate company and they’ve been there over six years. Best travel Texas was never there. This is a complete scam and they don’t even exist. No one around their address heard of them. Would give a negative 5 star but that’s not an option. SCAM ALERT.

I reserved one Cabana 3 weeks ahead for Son's Island, but they called me two days before going there to cancel my reservation because there are not enough guests on that day(Sunday). They ruined my weekend because I called many of friends for that. Never plan with them again because of their bad customer relationship.

What a great one stop shop for several destination getaways. I have been to every single one and have had the same great experience with friendly customer service and clean facilities. It is really well managed and you can tell the employees love their job as they made it such a fun and memorable experience every time!

Rented a teepee at Geronimo Creek from this company and had an awesome experience! Plan to go back in the summer and rent a getaway cabin. We got to walk through one while we were there and they looked really cool and affordable.

I was very disappointed in our stay. For over 300 a night for a “treehouse” we did not see the value. For starters the door to the shared patio was on backwards, the control for the blinds was on the outside so anyone could walk up and open the blinds and see in. The kitchen faucet was not bolted down. You had to hang onto it to turn water on. Under the couch we found someone else’s flip flop and food crumbs. There was a floor fan in the room that did not work. The downstairs tv would not change channels. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and there is a vent fan in the wall by the stairs so anyone going up could see in the bathroom. The upstairs tv only played dvds and only was in black and white. There was also a bag of cookies found behind the tv that were not ours. The more I shopped other properties the more I was disappointed as you can stay in a nicer property for a whole lot less. I highly recommend you shop around.
