Super friendly and helpful keeps me going back! These guys put the other pool place nearby to shame. Vicki is very nice and goes above and beyond. Prices are right in line with the other pool place.

Very friendly and helpful highly recommend. I have a aspen spa, they were just as concerned in getting it fix before the cold weather set in as I was. And they did!!!
Called for repair to spa. Two techs show up instead of usual one, Gets part number of not working controller. Calls back two hours later. Part cost is 625, will take a three man crew to drain and move the hot tub, repair, move back, refill, stand around till confirm that it works. Total cost 1500. Check on line, retail cost of part is 225. Popped off side panel and installed in 15 minutes without draining or moving hot tub. Not sure if dishonest or just incompetent.
Has to be best pool shop in the area. Never have I had such a knowledge person help me.
We love our pool and it's perfect. However, as soon as the pool was in and we needed any help, they are completely unreachable. We have called and called but John refuses to call us back. Even when we want to spend more money with them, they won't respond. WE WON'T BE COMING BACK
