Keith Brescia owner of Chimney's Plus is such a wonderful and reliable person. He knows his business and is a professional when it comes to getting a wood or pellet stove. He installed our pellet stove and maintains it for us every year. His customer service is exceptional. The prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Chimney's Plus!!!
If we could give this company a higher rating, we would. They had to rebuild our firebox which took 5 days. We expected it to be a loud, messy job but these guys came in and treated our home like their own. They were so considerate and did such a great, clean job. Our kids were so sad to see them leave at the end of the job. Thank you for giving us back our fireplace (and an even better one)!
I had some severe chimney issues. I called a few companies and decided to go with chimneys plus. Toni and Keith are very down to earth and very nice people. Toni would like to have conversations with customers on the phone. A very sweet lady. Although I never met her face to face, I feel as if I were a part of the family. Keith is very nice, as well. He is soft spoken and knowledgeable. The actual job was done very neatly with no mess left behind and great workmanship. As for the price it was cheaper than originally expected. I am very pleased with this company!! Thank you Toni and Keith and company, A very happy Tim and Kim
