We recently had a new home built by Westchester Modular Homes and highly recommend this company. Our process started with the design phase. Our home consultant, Dave Dillman, guided us through every step of what was an overwhelming process. He listened to us and offered suggestions based on his experience. Dave took the time to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with the services we were receiving. When construction began, our project manager Don O’Brien went out of his way to assist us through this phase. His professionalism and patience helped lessen our stress of having a house built for the first time. We were very impressed by his knowledge, organization, and the quality and craftsmanship of his work. Our satisfaction was of the upmost importance to Don and evident by the hard work and time that he put into building our home. His choice of contractors ensured that we received a high level of quality work. He was always available to answer questions and kept us up to date with text and photos of the progress. It was so exciting to watch our house come to life day by day. We love our new home and were very happy from start to completion. WMHFC rebuilt our home after getting hit with the macroburst in CT last May. Four months into the home and we're very satisfied. The salesman was very enthusiastic about the project and patient and thorough when we had questions. The project manager dealt with questions and issues we had through the construction and kept everything on track time-wise as much as it was in his power to do so. I recommend them highly.
Very professional.
I have issues with my roof's ridge vent. The roofers used the wrong nails. High winds are blowing off shingles and recently a section of the vent flew off. We paid for a 50 year roof. This is the fifth time in 14 years I had to address this. It is substandard and very dissapointing .
