I want to make a complaint against the Station Manager at Bethesda. On Friday, February 12th I was traveling through this station with my mom whos a disabled senior who can barely walk. Because she tires easy and there weren't sufficient benches spread through there station, she was unable to walk to or destination so I told her to stay the and I would get her. My mom got lost. After searching 30 minutes in the cold around the stations many entrances to locate her I decided to ask the station manager for assistance. I ask her can she do me a favor and before I can tell her what the favor is she immediately says that's not my job. Really, without even knowing what the favor is... Well let me back up. The first time I came down to the kiosk I Ald if she had seen my mother and explained that she was a disabled senior. The station manager just simply said no without allowing me to check the platform or providing assistance. I think you have the wrong person in that position. She showed no concern and was very rude. I think she would definitely not said that to someone who was not a black male. She would not have told a white person in Bethesda that it was not her job. Definitely not how someone in customer service should act.

Nice subway station, clean and convenient to transfer to buses on the ground . The escalator is long, as the train tracks are very deep under the ground here.

The elevator, as people have noted, is a long one! Otherwise the station is in a good location and is well-kept.

War. War never changes. Since the dawn of humankind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood has been spilled in the name of everything: from God to justice to simple, psychotic rage. In the year 2077, after millennia of armed conflict, the destructive nature of man could sustain itself no longer. The world was plunged into an abyss of nuclear fire and radiation. But it was not, as some had predicted, the end of the world. Instead, the apocalypse was simply the prologue to another bloody chapter of human history. For man had succeeded in destroying the world - but war, war never changes. In the early days, thousands were spared the horrors of the holocaust by taking refuge in enormous underground shelters, known as vaults. But when they emerged, they had only the hell of the wastes to greet them - all except those in Vault 101. For on that fateful day, when fire rained from the sky, the giant steel door of Vault 101 slid closed... and never reopened. It was here you were born. It is here you will die. Because, in Vault 101: no one ever enters, and no one ever leaves
