Honestly, I cannot lie that at first I had my hesitations due to Dr. Sitapra's age. But nonetheless, Dr. Sitapra has been one of the most honest men I have ever met. Never one time has he tried to hustle me. Furthermore, his direct competition in the exact same area complemented his work. In addition, his clinical coordinator, Kelly Oswald, has been phenomenal with her timely responses. She has put up with me and my million questions and my persistent asking for discounts. I praise her highly. Lastly, I could have gotten this procedure for 2500 dollars cheaper at a nearby location but I have zero regrets and would not take it back. Id rather pay a little more for great customer service and absolute trust in a practice than a place that tries to hustle me and only cares about getting my money. Highly recommend. Love this place.

Dr. Porter is fantastic, I could not have asked for a better rhinoplasty experience. She is patient, gentle, kind, and has an excellent eye for natural yet refined results. I still look and feel like myself, but now I love showing off my side profile! Before and after surgery Dr. Porter and her staff were always available if I had any questions or concerns about my nose and the healing process. I am so thrilled with my result and my entire experience with the Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery practice (special shout out the Kelly, the patient coordinator, for being so helpful and easy to chat with!). I highly recommend Dr. Porter and the Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery team.

I've been wanting a rhinoplasty for years, but was hesitant in going to just anyone given I am multiracial and had a nose that reflected that. I had a hump on the bridge of my nose I wanted taken down, wanted a slight slope, and no work done to the tip of my nose. I found Dr. Porter through an existing patient whose before and after picture went viral on Twitter. I immediately scheduled my virtual consultant and was so pleased by both Dr. Porter and Kelly the patient coordinator. When I came in for my in person consultation in September, I was photographed, given a realistic idea of what my new nose could look like thanks to computer imaging software, paid my deposit and set my surgery date. Dr. Porter was clear with what she could do for me and no words can describe how grateful I am she was able to deliver. We revisited my rhinoplasty wants several times prior to the date of my surgery to make sure we were on the same page. Flashforward to 2/15 and I underwent my rhinoplasty. Everything prior leading up to the day of my surgery was fabulous as far as customer service, communicating with the lovely staff (thanks Jayda!) and having my many questions answered. I had no pain post op and was checked up on personally by Dr. Porter and Kelly throughout my recovery week. I got my cast removed 2/23 and I LOVE my results even with the swelling. I'm so excited to see more of the final results in the months to come. If you're considering getting a rhinoplasty, this is your sign to book with Dr. Porter.

I've been wanting a rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember. I had this bump on the bridge of my nose that made me self-conscious and no other doctor/consultation in Montgomery or Howard County made me feel as comfortable and ready for this surgery like Dr. Porter. She showed me pictures of how it would look and honestly, it came out way better than the image simulation!! I've never had surgery before and I was so scared because this is the focal point of my face. I just wanted the bump removed and a little tip work to make it look natural and symmetrical. I am BEYOND happy with my results!! Recovery was also so smooth! I barely bruised and the instructions for care were very clear. I had the best experience with Dr. Porter and her staff at the office. I communicated mostly with Kelly who has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, but the other office staff are so welcoming and helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Porter for a rhinoplasty - not only is she a master at this procedure but the experience with her and her team is phenomenal.
