These people are extremely unprofessional and provocative in their approach with clients. I've been in constant battle with them addressing issues regarding my insurance policy premium. They dismissed my attempts and challenges, and failed to provide me with information that would've assisted me with this in regards to my C.L.U.E Report. First it was Oscar, who flew under the radar for over two years as my initial point of contact. Then, it was Carlos who became the point of contact, and whenever I referenced previous conversations on the aforementioned topic and the blatant discrepancies on said C.L.U.E Report, carlos responded nonchalantly about ever having engaged in that conversation. Why? Well because essentially carlos's baffling confusion was accredited to him immolating himself knowingly as oscar all along. Two years go by and with no adequate help, I had to rectify the situation myself. As a new owner of a vehicle you're not aware of the ins-and outs in this business. Having established constant communication with Lexis Nexis and my current insurer, I was able to access the necessary information to resolve the situation. I am finally absolving these clowns from any jurisdiction regarding my insurance policy. On my way out the door (figuratively speaking), a new participant to the madness named mike told me to \get lost\, loll , and that was the final straw. No longer represented by a group of malevolent entities who work in cohorts on their platform to screw common working people over via unscrupulous, and invalid insurance policies.

Important read! Highly recommended! I felt the need to take time out of my day to share my experiences with Bethesda Insurance, I have been working with them for over 3 years now and every time I visit I am always impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and an overall feeling of a great business practice! Mike the owner always takes the time to say hello and ask how I am which to me is incredibly impressive along with the entire staff there who are always very welcoming and know their business very well. Overall, it’s a great place to consider based on my own experience and when it comes to an insurance company, it clearly makes a difference when needed for serious issues that may arise. With that said I would comfortably recommend them to my friends and have done so already. Thank you all for being so cordial and professional.
