Took an 8 hour exam here. I have to say, at least for me, the staff was extremely friendly and congenial (Specially Rick). They did all the necessary security checks but they had a friendly bedside manner. I appreciate that, if you have students on high stress day why not try to be nice instead of mean to take the edge off?

Generally helpful friendly and approachable staffs, I’ve just taken the TOEFL and the experience was generally good, might just be a place to go to.
Terrible service here, if you read the reviews here, seems most minorities have had a terrible experience with what appears to be discriminatory. I was not allowed entry because I did not arrive 30 minutes before the exam time. They apparently gave my seat away - Rick said they are at full capacity and no space for me! And that I was required to return a call to his personal number before the exam! I called the main testing number before hand and the voicemail was full. Rick had a terrible condescending attitude. I would never come to this site again. UMD was much better.
PATHETIC staff. Do not take your test here very rude staff. Even if this center is last place on earth I would not go here.i would rather not take a test . Please do not go here.
