The store in Bethesda has a beautiful showroom with shades displayed over the windows so you can get a good idea what they look like before committing. Maggie is helpful with advice and gives out all the samples you want to take home. The installation is smooth. Compared to other companies, the hardware for roller shades is better quality, but not more expensive and the choice of fabric is trendier.

The blackout shades are really, truly blackout. I had my doubts but our room is nearly pitch black. Also, nice staff.
I could not have been happier with the service and product; very good value. Worked with Maggie for custom drapes and shades for our new home. She did an excellent job guiding us through the process and advising us on fabrics and colors. The install team was also highly professional and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!
