I’m so disappointed. I’m a repeat client multiple times over and a future returning client. I purchased a ladder that we thought would work for a job. Well it wasn’t the right ladder for the job. I called just ONE DAY later after purchasing the ladder to REPLACE, not get my money back and they wouldn’t accommodate me. They insisted there would be a 20% restocking fee. This is just CRAZY to me. ONE DAY later and they couldn’t accommodate a repeat client.!!! People buy stuff from stores all the time and they are able to return them for different reason. This is WRONG!! I’m in business and I sometimes bend the rules and linient with my clients regardless of what our policy says. We go out of our way to make the client happy, because a happy client comes back, and tells 10 other people of their experience. They may not care that they lost my future business, but I will sure as heck tell 10 other contractors!!
