A refrigerator unit wouldn't start. Technician isolated problem to a defective battery. Battery was quickly removed and replaced. Unit was placed back in service. Thanks for the speedy, professional service.

Came in for reefer malfunction. Staff was pleasant and professional. Sean and his coworker found my leak relatively quick. Unfortunately they didn't have the replacement part in stock but directed me to other options, which worked out. All in all a good visit. Thanks
My reefer wouldn't start so I came to cstk an john got right on it for me. He came out an checked my unit an in no time had my unit up an running!! Very friendly I had a fast but awesome experience!

My reefer cooler went down had me back on road in no time. No excessive charges and Johnny and staff totally awesome. They saves the day
Great service. I came in after my reefer stopped cooling and figured it was low on coolant. The Manger “John Janney” quickly determined Inhad damaged done to the reefer on the inside of the trailer. They discovered a hole they leaked out all of my refrigerant after searching for some time. They offered me solutions and I accepted a repair which John explain to me in detail. My reefer is working great and the tech also cleared out a annoying alarm that kept telling me I was low on fuel when in fact I wasn’t. I was in and out the same day. I appreciate John and the service tech for their work and will be visiting this location for any service needed while in the area. By far one of two if not the best Thermo King I’ve ever used. Majority of others tend to give me the run around or excuses of why they can’t do this or that.
Very overpriced service especially for Carrier Reefer units. 172 per hour regular labor rate. Try to avoid unless you have absolutely no other choice or emergency. Customer service was nice though and it was pretty quick in and out.
